See, they resolved the issue that I have always hated with stained trim. That it stands out too much and doesn't look unified. Well, DUH, just stain the picture rail and it looks great and all unified.
Good thing this low on our priority list, because I'm not looking forward to it.

I have such a love/hate relationship with stained wood trim. I like the natural look, but it always looks like it's sticking out like a sore thumb! It sucks. I think the big reason for this is because when most pictures I see have stained wood trim, they just have plain white walls. yuck.
