Whoo-hooo! Appliances (well most of them) are here! Too bad the kitchen isn't ready for them. :(
Here's the dishwasher & wall oven (to be installed under the counter).
I'm really pumped about the fridge. It is counter-depth and we are custom fitting it into the cabinets which will avoid my #1 kitchen pet peeve: when the fridge sticks out and you see the sides.
The second photo above illustrates the coolest thing about all the appliances: the "floating glass" fronts. They will fit perfect with the white high gloss front cabinets.
Tuna, apparently is quite the scrooge. She climbed into an appliance box and was morphed into Laser Kitty. I know this photo makes it look like she was squatting, but she was just in the act of sitting. Unless of course she was squatting to tell us exactly what she thinks of the new appliances... hmmm.
We also got a cabinet delivery, but much to my surprise, it was our 2nd small order. We made this order a week after the big one to get some things on backorder. The big order is coming on Friday.
Marc better get a move on the drywall finishing or we are going to run out of room to store this stuff!
