There has been much celebratin' and relaxin' at the ole crack house since we found out. This will mean a much lower monthly payment, which translates into more $$ for projects and a much more exciting blog!

ReplyDeleteIt's nice, huh? We just got our notification that we won't be needing to pay this month. May 1 will be the first payment on this, our third mortgage.
ReplyDeleteI could whine about not getting today's even lower bitchin' rates, but I'm (way) below where I had hoped and that's just fine by me.
