I know I need to chill, it has never been my strong suit.

Pure honesty: the next 2 months will be super tough to get the house on the way to getting on the market. And THEN you will have a wonderful, marvelous time getting to find and build your dream home.

You are completely right. It is just when time goes by and it seems that we still don't get anything done I can't help but freak.
