Complaining works!

I just got an email from Kohler apologizing for our issues with the Persuade Circ Toilet, and offering us a Moxie shower head/speaker as a condolence gift. I accepted, of course, because I'm not one to pass up free stuff, even if that means Kohler getting press for a new product by having a shitty old product.....

Grrrr

They just totally made a fool out of me twice right?

We won't install it as a shower head, but hey, a free waterproof speaker? I'm game. Our new shower is totally big enough to do the running man in!
